Mysql problem

I m using mysql . i m getting No parameters defined during prepareCall() exception on Tomcat when executing jsp page with the query of select cblk_name from tbl_cblk where tbl_cblk.cblk_name like 'c%'; can u pls tel me wts the reason behind that.
